Our offices and works are based in Coleshill, on the outskirts of Birmingham with easy access from the M42, M6 and Toll. The facilities cover virtually all aspects of surface preparation and protective coatings and can cope with any type of fabrication from tanks, vessels, structural steelwork and commercial vehicle chassis. For recent example of the kind of work we can do in our workshop have a look at the Nursery Bridge and Drill Rig jobs

Dry Ice Blasting

Suitable for cleaning delicate items or in situations where contaminating the item or the area it is in with blasting grit is unacceptable. The more usual blasting mediums of sand/grit/shot are replace with specially formed CO2 ice particles. This removes coatings without damage to the surface below. After removing the coating the CO2 is completely reverted to a gas leaving no staining or mess. Typical applications have included the food industry, manufacturing equipment (moulds, extruders, printing presses, robotic arms). However the system is both highly mobile and flexible, call us for details.

Metal Spraying

Flame sprayed coatings are used on a wide range of components made from low cost or lightweight materials. This process is used to provide longer lasting protection than standard coatings and increase surface resistance such as wear, heat, oxidation, corrosion and electrical resistance. We apply flame sprayed metal coatings in both Aluminium and Zinc to BS2569.
